Happy Turkey Day 2.0

So for this turkey day I tried to do a choke tube review but it didn't end very well (it was terrible). So I thought that I would take a stab at a new review over 4 shotguns special for turkey hunting. So hope that this review is much better than the previous one that i'm not even going to link you can find it enjoy. The category are pump vs. pump and semi vs. semi to keep it even with the other guns. pumps will go first. Also all these guns come w/ turkey chokes
Mossberg 835 Turkey Thug

The first gun up the mossberg 835 Turkey Thug the mossberg is already a great gun like most other guns in this line up but this one comes custom with a drilled and taped Picatinny rail mount for Truglo red dot ($60) that comes standard with this gun.I doubt that the red dot will fail on you but if it does it has hiviz. iron sights. You can even adjust the you trigger pull. So now for the specs. for this thug the barrel is kind of short for me but it's 20, 7.25 lbs. Shooting loads all the way up to the 3-1/2 inch big boy. Coming with real tree APG standard.  Priced well at $539.99.
Stoger P-350 turkey special

Next gun up is the Stoger P-350 Turkey Special. Stoger precision engineered a non binding action that slides easy. Picatinny rail mounts attached to the barrel. Optional feature is the Burris fast fire sight ($200). The turkey special comes with a cushioned pistol grip giving you great stability in the field. Stoger brags that this pump can handle any load you put through it.  It wears the real tree APG camo. Longer barrel on this on this one at 24" and 7.65 lbs. of muscle. $479 is the starting price that is without the fast fire sight.

Now for my winner of the 2...it would have to be the...hard decision of the...Stoger P-350 because excels in the field and has a smaller price tag.

Now for the big showdown of the semi autos
Benelli Super Black Eagle II Turkey Edition

Call it what you want is just a Benelli SBE II dressed up in a turkey package. All benelli did to change this gun is change the stock and add a picatinny rail. It does come with a Inertia system
Escort turkey semi-auto
It even comes with a crio barrel and Burris Fast fire 2 sight ($200). Standard 24" barrel,7.1 lbs. like the rest of the guns in this lineup it wears Real tree APG. With a Hefty price tag of $2949

Escort turkey semi-auto comes standard with a picatinny rail and ghost ring sights. The barrel is made of nickel crome moly lined. Where I live shotguns are limited to 3 shells it comes with an area in stock for 2 extra shells. If you are interested in putting a bipod or other accessories on this gun there is a rail system under the forearm. cushioned pistol grip. Now for specs 24" barrel 7.4 lbs. and priced at...$649.99.
Now for my winner of these 2...Escort Turkey Shotgun because it is made for one thing only and that is turkey hunting so got to love that it is so good at it. Another good thing is that it is half the price sure you can convert the SBE 2 back to water fowl but that is not what a turkey gun is bought for. I hope this helps comment if you have a new topic.
